H.A.T. Entreprises, S.A. is involved in two main areas, the Airline Industry and Logistics Support/Warehouse Management. These two departments are run by their respective managers.
Logistics and Warehousing
H.A.T. Entreprises, S.A. has been providing a broad range of services from the supplying of superior logistical support for your critical business needs to professional expertise in project management, systems integration, and technical consulting.
Custom Bonded Warehouse – 16,000 square feet located at the airport with ramp and tarmac access. We have shelving possibilities and racks to store pallets; we also have an electronic scale.
Administrative Office – with phone and dispatching. Including a Customs office designated to our warehouse.
Warehouse – 20,000 square feet located on the Route de l’Aeroport. (less than 5 minutes by motor vehicle from the airport) Office space, telephone lines, 3 fuel storage tanks with capacity of 10,000 gallons, 6,000 gallons and 3,000 gallons respectively. Adjacent to warehouse 30,000 square feet of land for parking or other uses.
Airline Department
H.A.T. Entreprises, S.A. has been focusing on providing comprehensive support services to the airline industry. The services consist of logistical, administrative, and other support functions necessary for successful operation in Haiti.
We have 6 main departments each with their respective supervisors to ensure proper and reliable customer service: Passenger Handling Department, Cargo Department, Baggage Department, Operations Department, Ramp Department and Security Department.
All the departments have their respective office, telephone and e-mail. We have our own air-to-ground radio frequency 129.1 and also a radio communication system in order to communicate with key employees at all times.
Future Plans/Goals
H.A.T. Entreprises, S.A. is always open to expanding its existing services and pursuing new avenues. Our priority is the Airline industry and we pride ourselves in giving professional courteous service to our clients. We individualize our support service based on the requirements and needs of each client.
We are continuously improving our infrastructure, acquiring equipment to better serve our clients, and arranging training/refresher courses for our personnel to comply with new procedures and regulations.

Stephan Theophile
President
Stephan has held various positions throughout the company which has allowed him to have vast understanding of the inner working of the company. He ensures the secure and reliable operation of all departments. He works closely with the Cargo, Ramp, Baggage, Operation and Passenger Handling Departments.
Mr. Stephan Theophile holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology.
He is fluent in English, French, Creole, and German.
Alexander Theophile
Chief Financial Officer
He is responsible for various financial aspects of the company along with helping with the smooth operation of the airport. He works closely with all the supervisors in their respective departments to help ensure company standards are upheld.
Mr. Alexander Theophile holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida International University.
Mr. Alexander Theophile is fluent in English, French, Creole and German.
Janna T. d'Adesky
Vice President
She has been working for H.A.T. Entreprises, S.A. since January 1991 holding various positions. She ensures the efficient operation of the various sales offices and that all procedures are being followed in a timely manner.
Mrs. Janna d’Adesky holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Management and Economics from Simmons College, Boston Massachusetts.
Mrs. d’Adesky is fluent in English, French, Creole, and German.

Today we are one of leading companies in Haiti with over 60 employees successfully servicing various airlines from small private planes to commercial airlines.
